Hello! I’m Nisarat Maardstrand, originally from Thailand and now based in Sweden after moving here for love and new opportunities. With over 20 years of experience as an HR Business Analyst and Financial Business Controller, I’ve had the privilege of working for renowned companies like Volvo Cars Sweden and IBM Thailand, where I developed a deep expertise in data analysis, business strategy, and systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.

Currently, I am furthering my knowledge as a Digital Analyst Specialist at IHM Business School, driven by my passion for learning and adapting in a fast-evolving world. I am known for being collaborative, optimistic, and a true team player. I bring a pedagogical approach to my work, ensuring complex ideas are easily understood by everyone.
